VibeCanvas Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of vibecanvasart.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund and Custom Order Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Custom Product Orders

VibeCanvas sells made-to-order RGB canvas wall art. The full product price shown on the product page and at checkout is charged when the order is placed. Orders are not deposits or reservations.

To complete a custom order, the customer must provide usable artwork, references, design requirements, and lighting preferences. Production time begins after payment and after all required files and approvals have been received.

Artwork and Content Rights

You confirm that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use every image, logo, character, name, trademark, or other material you submit. You authorize VibeCanvas to use the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to create, preview, manufacture, and support your order.

We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that we reasonably believe infringes another party's rights. Refusing unsuitable content does not transfer responsibility for submitted material to VibeCanvas.

Design Preview and Approval

A digital preview may be provided before production. Digital previews are simulations and may differ slightly from the physical canvas because of screen settings, fabric texture, printing, camera exposure, room lighting, and RGB diffusion.

Customers are responsible for checking text, spelling, orientation, artwork placement, size, and design direction before approval. Once the design is approved or production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, excluding any duties, taxes, currency-conversion costs, or local fees not collected by Shopify. We may change prices or product availability before an order is placed, but changes will not alter an order already accepted and paid.

Production and Delivery

Production normally takes 15 to 30 business days after all required order information is complete. Estimated shipping after dispatch is 10 to 20 business days for supported destinations in North America, South America, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or address problems.

Returns and Problems

Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges after design work or production has started. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products are handled under our Refund and Custom Order Policy and applicable law.

Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Product images, site designs, original text, and VibeCanvas branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Limitation and Applicable Rights

To the extent permitted by law, VibeCanvas is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by carrier delays, customs processing, customer-supplied content, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, legal guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's country or region.
