1. Choose the size for your wall

Before choosing, measure the usable wall space around your monitors, shelves or furniture. Mark out the two rectangles with paper to compare their scale. The larger option is twice the width and twice the height of the smaller one, so it occupies four times the front surface area.
2. Try the free preview if you want to test your idea
Open the free DIY preview to upload an image, explore the canvas size and test RGB color options. You can adjust the image position and download a mockup.
This tool helps you explore a direction before buying. It is separate from the design preview prepared for approval before production. A digital mockup is a guide to the appearance, so use the approval stage to discuss important details.
3. Select your canvas and place the order
On the custom RGB canvas kit product page, select your size and add the item to your cart. You can upload your artwork or reference before adding it, or send your files after checkout if they are not ready.

4. Send a clear design brief
Include your image or references, the room where the canvas will hang, your preferred RGB colors and any details that must remain unchanged. Also confirm the plug standard needed for the destination.
For example: “Use the attached pet photo, keep the facial markings, simplify the background and start with a blue lighting direction.” A focused brief makes it easier to review the design.

5. Review the design before production
VibeCanvas prepares an AI design preview so you can approve the direction before production. Check the subject, crop, text, colors and the size you ordered. Raise any questions before approving.
Discuss any requested design changes with the team before approving your preview.
6. Allow time for production and shipping
The shipping policy estimates 15–30 business days for production after payment and receipt of usable artwork, design requirements and any approval needed to begin production. Estimated delivery after dispatch takes another 10–20 business days, for approximately 25–50 business days from completed order information to delivery. Delays in receiving files or approval can extend the timeline.

7. Assemble your kit after delivery
Assembly is required before you display your VibeCanvas and typically takes 5–10 minutes. Your kit includes a staple gun, wooden frame, high-resolution custom-printed canvas, LED strip and LED strip controller. The free online preview helps you plan the appearance; it does not replace the physical assembly.
